I am delighted to return to Formland – this time as an independent exhibitor – and I can’t wait to present LAYA’s latest collection in Hall F, stand 5212 from 17–19 August 2025.

Our work

At LAYA, we are committed to creating products that not only reflect exceptional craftsmanship but also support the communities and environments from which they originate. Our products are made in Nepal in collaboration with local organizations and artisans who work under fair and ethical conditions. This partnership is essential to our mission of promoting social responsibility and sustainability.

LAYA’s collection includes handwoven textiles, upcycled saris, cashmere, and felted wool—materials that honor the rich tradition of Nepali craftsmanship and culture. By working closely with local artisans, we
ensure that each piece is crafted with respect for both heritage and the environment.

Inspiration

Spring/Summer 2025 is inspired by the vibrant yet grounding elements of nature.

The color palette plays with contrasts—bold pink and sky blue bring a sense of lightness and energy, while earthy tones like sand, beige, brown, and mud grey create warmth and balance. Together, they capture the essence of a summer’s journey, from the golden hues of sunlit landscapes to the serene blues of endless skies.
