Here you will find the terms and conditions for purchases at laya-cph.com. All conditions
are collected on this page, so you can easily get an overview of your legal rights as well as
the special conditions we offer you as a customer.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have
ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the
deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
Any costs of returning goods must be borne by you.
Notice of withdrawal must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery. After notifying
us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item.
You must pay for the return shipment yourself, and you are responsible if damage occurs
during transport.
Notice of withdrawal must be sent in writing by e-mail to webshop@laya-cph.com or by
using the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of these terms and conditions. The
message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing to accept the delivery without
notifying us.
Partial withdrawal
If you have purchased several items from us, you may return one or more of the items,
even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you withdraw only part of your
purchase.

Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling other
than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of
reduced value. This means that, upon withdrawal, you may receive only a partial refund or
no refund at all. The assessment of the item’s condition is at the discretion of LAYA.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s)
(minus any reduction in value).
We do not refund shipping costs related to your order.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless
otherwise agreed.
We may withhold payment until we have received the returned item or you have provided
documentation that it has been returned.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address.

Payment

LAYA accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard. We do not charge
card fees.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the item has been shipped from our
warehouse.
When using international payment cards, the purchase amount is reserved until the order
is processed and shipped.
The reservation period depends on the product/service and your card issuer.
All amounts on the website include VAT and are in Danish Kroner (DKK).
LAYA uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol.

Delivery

Shipping and delivery (free delivery for orders above DKK 995):
Orders are normally delivered within 2–4 business days in Denmark. If the item is
unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you.
We ship Danish orders with DAO. You can choose delivery to parcel shop, private
address, or business address.

You will always receive a track & trace number.
For orders outside Denmark, please contact us at sales@laya-cph.com. Note that
deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT, which must be paid
by the recipient.

Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish law. The warranty
covers material and manufacturing defects.
If your claim is justified, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive
a price reduction, depending on the situation.
Claims must be made to LAYA within a reasonable time. A claim made within two months
of discovering the defect is always considered timely.
LAYA covers reasonable return shipping costs if the claim is justified. The item must be
returned in proper packaging, and you must keep the receipt for shipment.

Claims are not accepted if sent cash on delivery or without delivery.
Contact us at sales@laya-cph.com – please describe the defect, provide the order
number, and attach photos.

Complaints

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact sales@laya-cph.com. If we
cannot reach a solution, you may submit a complaint to:
Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark via the Complaint Portal.
If you live in another EU country, you can use the EU Commission’s online complaint
portal: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
